Developing a new experience with improved UX for the delivery of a digital service for B2B payments. The project helped all stakeholders align on the vision and development roadmap through an interactive prototype that communicated the experience vision and in-depth feature descriptions.
The research investigates the behaviour of the 60+ population towards sensor-based devices, exploring the emerging patterns in tracking health and wellness and how attitudes and behaviours are currently evolving. On-field intercepts were combined with in-depth interviews in London, UK and Austin, Texas.
A design system created with tokens enables flexibility and scalability for multi-brand companies. Built upon atomic design components, it ultimately provided consistency, while empowering teams and external stakeholders to move faster and more efficiently.
The service blueprint was designed as a tool that mapped various actors, perspectives, stages to enable a comprehensive visualization of how the service worked. It highlighted how the user receives the service and at the same time what happens in the backstage for the service delivery.
