Experience design

A friendly digital experience for  a new Hearing Aid.

A new product, less expensive, helping with mild-hearing loss typically experienced at a younger age, led us to design a digital experience by crafting every part of it, from the user interfaces to elements of the brand colors and copywriting.

I was responsible for creating the accessibility guidelines, tone of voice pitch App reskin and, along with my collegues, of the initial benchmark and wireframing phase during the first sprint.

The project was planned to be designed in two months, it was done in four bi-weekly sprints where we focused on benchmark and concept development, wireframing and digital identity, core templates definition and refinements.
